What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

Check the delivery date on your confirmation email. Please allow until that date for your order to reach you. Alternatively, get in touch with us.

Can I track the delivery of my order?

If your order has been sent to you using a trackable service, you can follow its journey to you. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from our warehouse once your order is on its way; simply click on your tracking link on this email to view the up to date tracking.

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, you may not add or remove items from the order. You may cancel the full order and create another order. If you wish to add more items, simply just order again.

 
How long does my order take to arrive?

All orders are dispatched before 12PM. Depending on the courier service opted in for at the checkout stage that delivery option will be used. For example, if ordered at 10AM and opted in for Next Working Day Delivery, you will receive it the next day.

What is the Return Policy?

EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS.

Order now and return by the 4th of January 2021 . You must send the goods back to us at your own cost. All returns must show no signs of wear and have the original tags and packaging still in place. We reserve the right to not accept returns on underwear or swimwear for hygiene reasons.

How can I get a new returns slip?

If your return slip is missing or would like an additional please get in touch with us. In order to speed up the process, please enter ALL order information such as Order ID, Name, Address, Your Telephone and Email.

Have you received an item that doesn’t fit, or doesn’t look as good on as you thought it would?

All items must be returned within 14 days. You must send the goods back to us at your own cost. All returns must show no signs of wear or have odours – they should also have the original tags and branded packaging still in place. We reserve the right to not accept returns on underwear or swimwear for hygiene reasons.

Please allow 2-5 working days for a refund or exchange to be processed by us, and a further 1-5 working days for your card to receive the funds. Any items returned without packaging may incur a fee.

Where do I sent the items back to?

On all of our return slips we include our return address. Please send it as per the return slip.

How fast are refunds processed?

We aim to process your return and refund as soon as possible. Please allow up to 7 working days to process your refund. You will be notified when your refund has been processed. We will be issuing to the payment method used to place the order.
